Company Background
Global Hail Solutions (GHS) has been in operation for over 12 years and provides insurance companies, brokers, vehicle manufacturers, corporates and car hire companies with a full-service hail management solution. To date GHS has repaired in excess of 40 000 vehicles.
It is a 51% black-owned, B-BBEE Level-1 accredited business and a division of Bluespec Holdings, the largest independent Autobody Repair Group in the Southern Hemisphere.
GHS offers a dedicated and centralised hail contact centre environment from which claims are registered, administered, monitored and tracked until completion. This includes customer engagement, progress updating, query management and quality control.
GHS specializes in paintless hail damage removal on motor vehicles and employs an experienced team of mobile technicians operating around South Africa and abroad.
These technicians are controlled through centralized management consisting of national and regional supervisors, quality controllers, and administrative staff.
In situations where vehicle repairs require the replacement of bolted or welded parts, including the spray painting of the above, GHS utilizes a reputable network of manufacturer-approved repair facilities throughout South Africa.
